31/10/2015We are looking for an experienced Architect with a technical mind to work on an exciting residential project in a stunning location.
The successful candidate must possess:
- High level of technical expertise.
- AutoCAD proficiency.
- Minimum 5 years of UK experience working on bespoke residential dwellings.
- Good understanding of Building Regulations.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Creative approach to problem solving.
You will be expected to develop working details and specification, produce drawings packages and schedules of work. The role will involve travel to site. Immediate start, terms negotiable.

Interior Designer
31/10/2015You would be joining this leading global retail consultancy, a specialist in end-to-end retail solutions with several offices across the globe. Well known for their technical excellence, they are focused on delivering creative solutions for retail environments. Some of the key sectors include telco, fashion, FMCG and lifestyle. They are seeking a retail interior designer to join their team in Singapore.
Requirements and responsibilities:
Working closely with cross office teams, your exceptional design skills will see you heading up exciting change in retail interior projects for mass roll-outs.
A strong concept designer, who will be involved with the complete project lifecycle, from developing a brief, concept development, detailing to documentation. You are highly professional and excel in managing your clients and guiding them through the process.
As an effective communicator, you enjoy working collaboratively within a team and is able to create engaging presentations to clients. To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in a similar position, preferably having work in Singapore before. Preferred program in Archicad, Artlantis, 3D studio Max, however training will be provided.
With at least 3-5 years post graduate experience working on retail interiors, your flair for innovative design within the commercial sector will see you thrive. As the team is lean, being flexible and enjoy wearing multiple hats is a must.
