Description: Full-time Architectural Designer to assist in design and production of a variety of architectural project types including but not limited to public education, higher education, housing and commercial.

Qualifications:

- B Arch or M Arch.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience
- Familiarity with Building Codes.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong design and graphic abilities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop.

Senior Technical Architect, Macau, China:

- Minimum experience: 15 years.
- Related degree from an accredited institution of higher learning.
- Experience with large scale resort projects.
- Experience with US and Overseas buildings.
- Strong understanding of drawings and specs integration.
- Understanding of fast-track multiple-phased document releases.
- Understanding of interior architectural design.
- Comfort working with designers and mentoring junior staff.
- Experience with current drawing software Revit and AutoCAD.
- Strong ability to coordinate and integrate multidiscipline consultants.
- Working knowledge of model building codes.
- Professional license preferred.
