Architect / Designer
21/12/2015C7A is currently seeking motivated individuals for full-time employment who are passionate about design, looking to join a creative collaborative practice and meet the criteria listed below:
- Architect / Designer with +/-3 years experience.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture is required.
- 2-3 years professional experience as an Architect / Designer.
- Professional experience using Revit and AutoCad is required.
- Significant professional experience using InDesign, Photoshop and SketchUp is highly desirable but not required.
- Experience with building components beyond small scale residential systems desirable.
- Professional registration is not required, but progress toward licensure and Leed certification is preferred.

Job responsibilities:
- Day‐to‐day client contact for major clients in Hong Kong & Macau or the region.
- Team leader responsible for assigning tasks and managing the daily work flow of the project team.
- Assist with business development objectives in Macau and the region.
- Lead collaboration role with US design team.
The successful candidate will have:
- 10+ years relevant experience in the gaming and/or hospitality design field.
- A valid professional license to practice architecture.
- Strong written, verbal and quantitative communication skills.
- Excellent graphic skills including the ability to space plan in client workshops.
- Fluency in English.
Additional criteria:
- While not required, previous work experience in Macau & Hong Kong is desirable.
- Relocation to Macau required.
