TEN Arquitectos' New York office is seeking motivated professionals with 1-4 years of post-graduation (BArch) experience to join our studio. Candidates will be highly motivated problem solvers who have the ability to work collaboratively in a studio setting. TEN is looking for design leaders, those candidates who have the potential to grow within the studio and engage in every aspect of design process.

Qualified candidates will have:

- Strong design conceptualization skills.
- Excellent visual communication skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3Ds Max.
- A working understanding of Revit.
- Familiarity with working and contract drawing sets.

This is a full-time salaried position with benefits. Salary according to qualifications and experience.

Gravity Design Associates Ltd is a friendly and vibrant multi-disciplinary practice based on Bermondsey Street, London SE1.

We have an immediate requirement for an enthusiastic, resourceful and creative Interior Designer / Architect with a strong knowledge of retail/office fit outs, also a knowledge of residential refurbishments would be desirable.

We are looking for candidates with minimum of three to five years of experience in practice and must be fluent in AutoCAD, Photoshop and SketchUp.
