Architect
19/12/2015We are a creative and dynamic Architectural + Design practice, specialising in interesting luxury projects in both town and country. Our main studio is a quirky converted barn in the Cotswolds, and our second home is on Portobello Road in Notting Hill.
We are looking for a motivated and qualified Architect to work mainly on high-end residential projects, from our Cotswolds office. The applicant should be a creative force with a genuine flair for and interest in design, as well as having a sound knowledge of construction documentation and job running.
Experience on new builds and historic buildings is desirable, however not essential. Proficiency with either Autocad or Vectorworks is vital. Salary negotiable depending upon experience. Please send CV and examples of work to email.

Project Architect
19/12/2015Noelker and Hull is recruiting for a project architect to join the health care design team in Richmond, Virginia.
Experience:
- Eight to ten years of health care experience.
- Analysis of client priorities and needs.
- Concept development of architectural designs.
- Preparation of presentation and design drawings.
- Selection and knowledge of current and appropriate materials and products.
- Effective communication with clients, consultants and internal teams.
- Adherence to budget and client standards.
- Assistance in the marketing of the firm’s services.
- Must have excellent presentation development skills.
- Must develop creative and thorough design solutions.
Qualifications (mandatory):
- Licensed (Registered Architect) in the State of Virginia (Pennsylvania and West Virginia also preferred).
- B.A. or M.S. in architecture or related discipline from accredited university.
- AutoCAD / Revit.
- Microsoft Office.
Qualifications (preferred):
- SketchUp.
- Adobe CC.
Other relevant information:
- This position is an EXEMPT position.
- Travel may be required on occasion.
- This position is assigned to the Richmond office.
- This position reports directly to the principal of health care.
