They have an urgent need within their Hertfordshire office for a qualified Architect to join their residential team where you will be working up to planning on a whole mix of residential schemes throughout the UK.

Your main responsibility will be the day to day running of projects from initial concept stage to full planning approval and advisory role through construction, whilst overseeing junior members opf the team. You will also get the opportunity to undertake feasibility studies and producing initial designs, producing drawings for planning and attending various meetings etc.

Asymptote Architecture is seeking Design Architects for our New York City studio. Candidates must be creative, highly skilled, and experienced in the areas of cultural, commercial and / or high-rise residential design projects. The candidate must also possess a strong sense of teamwork and be committed to upholding the standards of a world-class architecture firm.

Requirements:

- Professional degree in Architecture, Master-planning, Design, or relevant field.
- Strong conceptual and design talent.
- 5+ years experience as a Designer.
- Excellent knowledge and experience with large scale, complex projects.
- Fundamental understanding of the design process.
- Experience in technical detailing, project related material research, and complex problem solving on all scales.
- Ability to liaise where appropriate with consultants to assess design solutions and guarantee the integrity of the final design.
- Ability to assist in the production and development of all necessary documents, drawings, models, images, schemes, etc. related to the design and building process Strong AutoCAD, 3D Max, Rhino, and Adobe Suite skills Fluency in English.
- Confidence in working in a complex and international environment.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Knowledge of Asymptote's work.
- US work authorization required.
