Leone Design Studio is a design-oriented design/build studio in Brooklyn whose work includes a range of residential and commercial spaces and buildings. We are seeking an intelligent, capable and organized individual.

Candidates must posses the following qualifications:

- B Arch or M Arch degree from an accredited school.
- 5-7 years work experience in an architecture firm (preferably some of this time in New York).
- Must legally be able to work in the U.S.
- Good design sense, excellent communication skills and capacity to manage multiple tasks are essential.
- Working knowledge of Vectorworks.
- 3D modeling and rendering abilities would be extremely helpful.
- Construction experience a plus.

We are a boutique architecture firm that specializes in international retail design projects. Staff members work closely with the principals on each project, from schematic design through construction administration. Real responsibility is available for motivated individuals. We are a congenial and energetic, very fast-paced firm.

Candidate requirements:

- BArch or MArch degree.
- 3-5 years post-graduate professional experience minimum.
- Experience in retail design.
- Familiarity with furniture/fixture detailing.
- Proficiency with technical construction documents.
- AutoCAD proficiency.
- 3D Studio Max modeling and rendering proficiency.
- Ability to handle fast-paced projects.
- Must currently reside in the NYC area.
