We are currently looking to recruit talented design-led architects with at least 3 years post qualification experience for positions as project architect or senior architect, to assist our expanding and varied workload including residential, educational and community projects.

The ideal candidates will be ambitious and enthusiastic with a flair for design and must be able to demonstrate experience of contract administration during works on site. The roles will require direct client liaison throughout all project work stages. Experience of Vectorworks would be an advantage but is not essential. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills, expertise and career within an expanding practice.

High-end luxury living brand is seeking an enthusiastic designer to join their dynamic international design team.

The role will allow for the candidate to explore their creativity on a multitude of different projects across the globe. As a member of the design team, the right candidate will participate in many client-facing meetings with luxury brands as well as interior design and architecture firms. The right candidate must be a team-player as the role ties in with the sales and production teams, but must also be independently motivated and proactive. As the position requires client-facing, the right candidate must be sociable, well-presented and able to understand the client’s needs. Good communication and presentation skills are a must.

Requirements:

- Up to 5 years experience in textile or furnishing design; candidates with less experience will be considered for an Assistant Designer position.
- Degree in Fine Arts.
- Knowledge of textile computer software, namely Prima Vision and AutoCAD.
- Demonstrated passion in the furnishing and lifestyle industry.
- Excellent spoken and written English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
