We are looking for Senior 3D Designer and Junior Art Directors with extensive experience in retail design / merchandising, preferably with top-shelf alcohol, tobacco, cosmetic and confectionary clients. You should be well-versed in the Global Travel Retail (Airport) environments, as well as Department Stores. You will have the ability to translate stategy and insights into creative ideas for unique retail experiences, bringing concepts to life using 2D and 3D methods.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 4-5 years experience in design development for brand activation projects, retail merchandising displays, structural displays.
- Degree in Design-related discipline or equivalent.
- Strong 2D and 3D design abilities – Adobe Creative Suite, 3D Studio Max, and AutoCAD.
- Ability to produce high level technical drawngs for production, and also hand sketches for mock-up.
- Experience with luxury and top-shelf clients, brands and products.
- Fun, creative, out-of-the-box thinker with a team player attitude.

As a leader in the national resort and hospitality design industry, Hnedak Bobo Group has cemented its reputation as designers of dynamic upscale resort destinations and vibrant urban mixed-use developments. As a result of increased workflow, we are currently seeking experienced technical architects who possess strong skills in Revit.

- Support client relationships and team communication.
- Assist Project Architect in resolving complex technical and design issues with team to produce innovative and constructible solutions.
- Receive direction from senior Architects and/or Project Architects.
- Passionately lead and teach junior level staff on the project teams.

Experience:
- 5-15 years of architectural experience preferably in Hospitality, Entertainment, and/or Gaming.

Skills and abilities:
- Working knowledge of building technology and can demonstrate it through self produced documents.

Knowledge:
- Knowledge of building codes, standards and building structures.

Skills and abilities:
- Demonstrated sensitivity to architectural design by the caliber of projects in portfolio as well as specific design contributions made to projects.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Microsoft Suite.

Education:
- Leed Accreditation is preferred.
