Requirements:

- ARB / Riba Registered Architect with UK experience across all Riba stage through to completion.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
– Strong CAD Skills – AutoCAD.
- Strong design and detailing experience with very good technical & site knowledge.
- Past experience working for a respected design studio would be advantageous.

Job responsibilities:

Reporting to the Project manager, the Interior Designer will be responsible for tasks including space planning, 3D modelling, rendering, producing presentation package, and must possess a thorough working knowledge of FF&E specifications.

Key skills / requirements:

- Minimum 5-7 years of mid to large scale Hospitality Design project experience.

- Must be legally authorized to work in the USA.
