This thrilling role is for a versatile, energetic designer, who enjoys working with a multinational team of designers. You will report to the Design Manager and effectively execute store designs, develop schematics, and support the store design. Experience in hospitality, retail or F&B is necessary. This is a very exciting opportunity.

Experience summary:

- 4 - 6 years of solid working experience in the interior or architecture design field.
- Relevant Degree or Diploma in Design from a recognised institution.
- Revit or AutoCAD BIM drafting experience.
- Experience with visual design content, document delivery, and creating design solutions.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Requirements:

- Interpret objectives and create relevant design concepts.
- Forecast trends, understand building and health codes.
- 3D Visualization.
- Able to work as part of a team.
- Able to stick to tight deadlines.
- Sustainability trend knowledge preferred.
- Experience in communicating design concepts in visual, written, and verbal formats.
- Understand colour, materials and design principles.

Responsible for preparation of working drawings and specifications. Must have strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing; strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize in order to meet deadlines and be detail-oriented.

Proficiency in CAD and Adobe Photoshop required and SketchUp and Revit preferred. Familiarity with Leed standards.
