Roger Ferris + Partners is seeking talented, motivated Intermediate Architects for our Westport, CT offices with 3-7 years of experience in high-end modern residential projects. Candidates should have excellent academic and professional credentials with an ambition to grow across building typologies and through RF+P’s larger office structure.

Applicants must be talented individuals with the ability to work both independently in a self-directed manner as well as collaboratively within a project team. Candidates must take pride in the craft of their work, with a proficiency in design presentation, and construction documentation. Strong graphic, organizational and technical skills are essential.

Candidates will be able to produce fully coordinated sets of construction drawings with exceptionally refined detailing. Proficiency in the development of construction documents in AutoCAD, is required. 3D modeling skills in 3ds Max, Rhino and SketchUp are preferred. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture and be able to provide excellent academic and / or professional references.
