Junior Architect
06/11/2015di Domenico + Partners, a midsized NYC Architecture/Landscape Architecture Design firm seeks: junior architect: 3+ years of experience. The primary duties of the Junior Architect will be to provide project participation in all phases of design including Concept Design, Design Development, Construction Documents and Construction Administration. The candidate will be expected to understand and develop aspects of working drawings and details. The following is required of the candidate:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture (professional degree only).
- 3+ years of experience.
- Proficient in AutoCAD 2014 or later and BIM (Revit) project experience.
- Experience with Adobe Suite and Rendering Programs such as 3D Max and Rhino are preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred project experience includes: K-12 schools, higher-ed and design of large scale public projects (transit stations and convention centers). Experience and interest in sustainable design / documentation and leed strongly encouraged, with applicable certifications preferred.

Qualified Architect
06/11/2015PTP Architects (London) Limited are urgently seeking a qualified Architect and Part Two / Part Three with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Central London private residential work.
If you are looking for practical hands on experience and can provide evidence of detailed working drawings, construction experience, ability to communicate at all levels and a high level of architectural commitment then please send your CV and samples of working drawings to email.
You will be expected to work independently on projects and have had experience in dealing with Central London planning authorities – or certainly within England (at a minimum), building inspectors, consultants, contractors and clients directly.
