STG is looking for an Architect 3 to join our Austin office, located in the heart of the downtown STG has helped shape and evolve, and directly across from various shopping and restaurant locations (including the Whole Foods home office)! We are looking for a candidate with at least 12 years of experience, who thrives in a close-knit and collaborative environment. The candidate will demonstrate a propensity for creativity and personnel and project management. As an Architect 3 with STG Design, you will own every aspect of your projects, from the big picture down to the final details.

Responsibilities

- Oversee all aspects of medium- to large-scale projects.
- Manage clients, consultants, and project teams.
- Lead team members, providing mentorship and guidance.
- Develop conceptual plans/models.
- Oversee production of contract documents using Revit 2015 or newer.
- Oversee creation of specifications using Microsoft Word or eSpecs.
- Direct the creation of compelling visual and descriptive materials for client presentations.
- Oversee construction administration.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of one or more of the following: corporate/commercial office, urban multi-family, student housing, hospitality, and institutional work.
