The ideal candidate is technically proficient as well as design oriented with a strong love for healthcare design. Someone with excellent organizational and communication skills is also key. The best Interior Designer for this role should possess the ability to work as an integral part of a project team while ensuring the translation of design intent into construction documentation. They are looking for candidates with 1-5 years of professional practice experience and will have proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite and will be able to render in 3D. Finally, the right candidate for this role will have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree from a CIDA accredited program.

The skills

- Bachelor of Architecture, Master’s in Architecture or Bachelor of Interior Design.
- Minimum 7 years of experience as an Interiors Project Designer.
- Creative and innovative approach to planning.
- Strong ability to visualize in three dimensions, and ability to think critically about planning, design, materials, budgets and schedules.
- Understanding of construction methods; detailing; MEP concepts; and materials and their appropriate application and costs.
- Strong graphic and presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate design concepts to colleagues, as well as current/prospective clients.
- Proficient with CAD and Adobe Design Suite.
- Familiarity with Revit and other 3D software a plus.
