Design / build company seeks recent graduate with 1-2 years experience for design and drawing support. Requirements include detailing, preparing and organizing construction documents, design input during all phases of the project, and working closely with the project architect. FORMstudio is a friendly, award-winning practice based in Bermondsey Street near London Bridge and has an immediate requirement for a talented and enthusiastic RIBA Part III qualified Architect to work on a folio of interesting top end residential and development projects.

Applicants should combine demonstrable design and communication skills with proven technical and organisational abilities, and have experience of producing detailed construction information and carrying projects through to completion on site. Familiarity with UK Construction legislation and technology in practice including a sound knowledge of UK Building Regulations is essential.

Applicants must be capable Autocad, Sketch-Up and Microsoft Office users. NBS and Photoshop experience an advantage. Applicants who also have proven capabilities with Revit should come to the front of the queue!
