Agencie is a collaborative architecture, engineering and fabrication studio specializing in high-end residences and retail environments for leading brands. We approach design with a unique understanding of structure and craftsmanship. We are recruiting a Junior Architect with a minimum of 1-year experience for our Tribeca office.

Responsibilities will Include:

- Working with Senior Architects to produce architectural designs from concept sketches through construction documents. Projects are single-family residences and retail environments.
- 3D Visualization of interior spaces and exterior volumes.
- Structural drafting and documentation.
- Field coordination at jobsites in New York City.

Qualifications must Include:

- Professional Degree (B.Arch or M.Arch).
- Minimum of 1-year office experience (outside US is fine).
- 3-D Modelling and visualization proficiency in 3DMax, VRay and Rhino and Adobe CS.
- Experience with Revit and AutoCAD.
- Construction, woodshop or other experience requiring understanding of material assembly issues.
- Organized, neat, diligent.
- Ability to produce excellent work quickly and independently.
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
- Must be a US Resident or have OPT permission, TN or J1 eligible.

Method Architects is currently looking for an experienced and proactive project architect. The role would suit a talented individual who is able to work independently, as well as part of a team, to take some of our exciting housing and prestigious hotel and restaurant projects from inception to completion.

A strong technical ability in construction detailing is essential as well as full proficiency in AutoCad and the proven organisational capability to coordinate, manage and successfully deliver projects on site.

You will have at least three years post Part III experience, strong design credentials and have a comprehensive knowledge of the latest UK Building Regulations, relevant design guides and standards.

You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be highly motivated with a creative and energetic outlook and may be interested in flexible working.

Method Architects is a small but growing practice working in the residential and hospitality sectors on projects located in central London.
