- 10 years of hands-on experience and have a license.
- Provide collaborative input and expertise for strategic, master facility and functional planning on projects.
- Work with project teams to lead and develop master plans and conceptual designs.
- Facilitates in project programming and its requirements.
- Understands developing trends as they apply to the built environment.
- Represent the firm well in communication with clients, consultants and team members.
