You will also be a team leader with the ability to drive projects forward effectively and efficiently liaising directly with Clients and consultants. Architect position available for published modern boutique firm with locations in NYC and East Hampton. Minimum 6 years’ experience to join a dynamic modern firm with diversified interests specializing in single-family modern residential design. Candidate should be confident, well-spoken, organized, self-sufficient, and team-oriented.

Focus of positon is design development through construction documents to CA of mostly ground-up construction. Experience in complete, detailed construction sets required. Effective and clear communication skills with consultants, clients, contractors and coworkers is a necessity.

Extensive knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite required.
