- BArch degree or similar is required.
- Minimum 5 years residential design experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Must be a team player.
- Knowledge of Vectorworks is a plus but not required.

Project Architect- we are a design-oriented thirty-person firm seeking a project architect with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience, for a series of institutional and commercial projects, including new construction and renovation work.

This is a great growth opportunity for the right individual who is motivated, energetic, and can contribute meaningfully to a team environment. Specifically, we are seeking someone with a strong design sensibility, demonstrable technical skills, and a collaborative spirit.

Requirements include: minimum Bachelor of Architecture from an accredited university, a minimum of 3- 4 yrs. of architectural experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD. New York City experience, knowledge of 3-D graphics programs and BIM is a plus.
