Senior Designer

Headquartered in New York City, our firm is 100 years old, but has the heart, energy and vision of a start-up. And we are growing geometrically! We are searching for a Senior Designer – Interiors, with 7+ years of experience, to join our team. If the skills below are a match for your talents, we’d love to hear from you. The skills:
- Bachelor of Architecture, Master’s in Architecture or Bachelor of Interior Design.
- Minimum 7 years of experience as an Interiors Project Designer.
- Creative and innovative approach to planning.
- Strong ability to visualize in three dimensions, and ability to think critically about planning, design, materials, budgets and schedules.
- Understanding of construction methods; detailing; MEP concepts; and materials and their appropriate application and costs.
- Strong graphic and presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate design concepts to colleagues, as well as current/prospective clients.
- Proficient with CAD and Adobe Design Suite.
- Familiarity with Revit and other 3D software a plus.

Project Architect
10/09/2016SURE Architecture is looking for experienced project architects to join our team to work on a variety of exciting projects in our Beijing office.
- Must have strong design skills and be proficient in the use of AutoCAD. Experience of Revit is also beneficial.
- Architecture Bachelor degree at least.
- Majored in Architect or Urban design.
- More than 5 years working experience.
- Working in abroad experience preferred.
- Good communication, strong responsibility, team-work spirit and good design skill.
- Have good communication skills in two-dimensional drawings, as well as three dimensional space modeling capability is familiar with the professional norms, have the ability of project coordination.
