The project architect role will involve running small to medium size projects (£200K-£2m) at all work stages and working as part of a team. Ideally candidates should have ~5 years post Part III experience working in a variety of sectors including private residential. Due to projects being in rural locations, a driving license and use of a car is essential.

North America Land Development LLC is searching for an experienced architect to lead and manage design and production activities in our Architectural department.

Applicants should have a mimium of 5 years of experience preferably in the design and development of contract documents for commercial projects within both the public and private sectors. Experience with renovation and alteration projects would be a plus. Architectural License/ Registration is requited.

Applicants should have substantial experience in completed retail projects, municipal projects, client management skills, and leadership skills. Successful candidates will have the ability to work with corporate clients, be capable of managing architectural production staff in the production of multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrated attention to detail, be a documentation and participate in verbal presentations, are also desirable.

Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch. or M.Arch) preferred.
