New York City based architectural firm specializing in High End Retail and Residential projects, seeks architect with minimum 3 yrs experience in retail projects in the USA, to coordinate and manage small teams to develop Permit Plans, Bid Sets, Construction Documents and handle Construction Administration in New York City and possibly other locations within the United States.

We have over 20 years of experience in this field and we have established a strong reputation for our office. We are looking for a candidate that has good attitude toward tight schedules, ever shifting design changes and attention to details. Experience in the US is a mandatory requirement. Problem solving skills, coordination of all trades, familiarity with local codes and construction site experience are a must.
