Spivak Architects is a collaborative design studio. We specialize in a wide range of projects including new residential buildings, hotel and commercial interiors and high-end residences. We are looking to add the following position: Intermediate Architect with 5+ years of experience.

Requirements for candidates:

- Strong design sense and technical construction ability.
- Extensive experience producing drawing sets (all phases) with an emphasis on construction detailing and construction documentation.
- Proficiency with Autodesk Design Suite (AutoCad) and Adobe CS Suite.
- Experience with Revit required (other 3D modeling experience, such as Rhino, 3ds Max, a plus).
- Self-motivation and the ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- Good organization and communications skills.
- Stong interpersonal skills are critical. Must be friendly and comfortable communicating with clients, consultants and team members.
- Knowledge of NYC building code and experience with the DOB.
