Our client, a leading International Interior Design firm, is looking to recruit Senior Interior Designers specialized in workplace interiors to join their growing Hong Kong office. You must have wealth of experience in workplace projects across Hong Kong and China. Working with the Design Director, you will be responsible for the entire design process from concept through to completion. Creativity is essential.

Responsibilities include:

- Developing design concepts from scratch.
- Clearly presenting concepts to Design Directors, Clients, and Operators.
- Provide design direction and management of the projects including manpower scheduling, projections and profitability.
- Direct junior designer and manage production teams.
- Liaison between clients and operators.
- Project management and design team management.
- Monitor the work according to Interior Design contract of project(s).
- Coordinate with consultants and suppliers.
- Coordination of site handover and monitor fitting-out progress.
- Provide technical drafting support, whenever required.

Requirements:

- University / College degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- 5-10 years relevant experience in workplace / corporate / office design.
- Highly creative and have the ability to generate new design concepts.
- Focused, well-organized, positive attitude, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proactive and able to work independently and in a team.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office and Photoshop.
- Fluency in English.
