Mid Town Firm is seeking a driven Designer/Architect with experience in multi-family/mixed-use/single family/hospitality interiors.

Candidate must have 5+ years of proven experience in all phases of the design process, preferably with multi-family residential and/or mixed-use projects, commercial, or hospitality. Proficiency in construction documentation, selection and specification of interior finishes and knowledge of building and accessibility regulations are required. The candidate must have outstanding communication and client interaction skills as well as demonstrate problem solving skills and the ability to work as part of a project team on a complex project or work independently on a small project. Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite is required. Bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture or related field required. AIA or NCIDQ and Leed ap is a plus.
