My client a respected property developer with a long standing reputation of delivering high-end projects has an exciting opportunity for a Design Architect to join their expanding team in Dubai.

You will be responsible for preparing design concepts and must be able to translate hand sketches to 3 D images as per client requirements. This is very much a client facing role with responsibility for managing the design from concept.

The successful applicant must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture with 10+ years of experience and strong capabilities in visualization and development of building design concepts for retail developments. You should be proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop Sketch-Up, 3DMax and other design software. Prior experience in a consultancy/developer is a must. Excellent communication skills in English are essential.

HHTA P.A. is seeking motivated and talented individuals who are passionate about architecture and can work responsibly and independently on high caliber residential and light commercial projects. Skills would require the ability to contribute and think through design solutions in detail and translate these to Construction Documents. It is our belief that the Construction Document phase remains a problem solving process which refines structures in detail; for us it is not a drawing exercise. Candidates should excellent communication skills in order to interact with builders and owners essential to the creation of “well crafted buildings”. The ability to create presentation drawings in a variety of media for client and municipal review would be a plus. We are looking for well rounded individuals with knowledge of classic and modern styles and an understanding of the significance of these types.

- B-Arch or M-Arch degree.
- 3 – 5+ years work experience in residential and light commercial projects.
- Proficient in Auto Cad with additional working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Revit.
- Basic knowledge of building codes.
- Knowledge of Historical architectural history.
- Ability to assist with the development of concepts on a variety of project types.
