Architectural designer will work with project teams from Concept Design through Design Development stages of work. Responsible to develop design concepts, specializing in 3D modeling techniques.

Responsibilities:

- Execute alternative design concepts through two dimensional drawings, three dimensional parametric models and three dimensional physical models under the direction of a Design Director / Design Principal.
- Responsible for preparation of design documents that meet project requirements and office standards.
- Responsible to organize and prepare design presentations.
- May participate in design presentations.
- May communicate with clients.
- May coordinate work with consultants.
- Format files and operate laser cutting and 3D modeling equipment.

Qalifications:

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
- Minimum 2 to 4 years experience as an architectural designer.
- Understanding of basic building code and life safety requirements.
- Understanding of basic building systems, materials applications and construction techniques.
- Proficient with AutoCAD & 3DMax.
- Proficiency with Rhino, Revit and Adobe Suite preferred.
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Work Environment:

- Open office work stations.
- Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
