Spivak Architects is a collaborative design studio. We specialize in a wide range of projects including new residential buildings, hotel and commercial, nursing home interiors and high-end residences. We are looking to add the following position:

Interior Designer with 3+ years of experience.

Requirements for candidates:

- Strong design sense.
- Millwork design and custom furniture.
- Furniture selection.
- Material and fabric selection.

We are interested in candidates that not only have technical skills, but are also contributors in the design dialogue and culture of our firm.

Our studio has a casual, creative, and fun environment. We often work at a fast pace and always strive for a high professional standard. We are looking for a person who will fit into our office culture and is interested in growing with the firm.

Samuel Anderson Architects is looking for a Junior Architect with a professional degree in Architecture and 1-3 years professional experience. Applicants must have excellent verbal, written and graphic communication skills, be reliable and well organized, and have the abilities to self-direct and work well with others. Applicants must be familiar with Autocad, Adobe Suite and 3D modeling & rendering. Experience with Revit is desired, but not required. Samuel Anderson Architects is a small design firm with extensive experience on cultural projects where we value an engaged conversation/collaboration with our clients and users.

This is a full time, salaried position – salary and benefits commensurate with experience and skills.
