- 3 to 5 years minimum experience within historic preservation.
- Knowledge of the Secretary of Interior’s Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties.
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in architecture.
- Interested in the technical aspects of historic properties and buildings.
- Proficiency and project experience in both AutoCAD and Revit is preferred.
- Strong communications and organizational skills.
- Collaborative personality to bring out the best in team situations.
- US citizen or permanent US resident.

3D Designer
27/08/2016We are working with a global retail specialist agency that is looking for a talented 3D designer to join their growing team in Singapore. You will be working closely with the graphic designer to develop retail solutions from visual merchandising, point-of-sales, display systems, pop-up stores for FMCG and beauty brands.
Responsibilities
- Understand clients’ briefs, conceptualize and execute design solutions.
- Collaborate with creative team to produce designs for in-store graphics, POS, key visuals, mood boards, 3D visualizations, renderings.
- Coordinate design production process to ensure quality of designs and deadlines are met in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Min of 3-5 years of branding and retail design experience with a diploma or degree in product design, interior or similar fields.
- Conceptualized and out-of-the-box thinker with attention to details.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong proficiency in 3D StudioMax, Vray or similar 3D softwares.
- Keen interest in environmental and retail branding.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
