We are interested in candidates with a professional degree in architecture (B.Arch., M.Arch). Qualifications are outlined below:

- Architectural Registration preferred.
- 7 or more years of professional technical documentation experience.
- Demonstrated strong technical/ design capabilities in detailing.
- Demonstrated technical excellence in documentation.
- Demonstrated ability for team leadership.
- Job captain experience.
- Knowledge of building codes and systems.
- Knowledge and ability to detail exterior and interior wall systems.
- Knowledge of construction and construction technology.
- AutoCAD Proficiency, Revit /BIM proficiency.
- Proficiency in all design phases (SD, DD, CD) and design and construction document coordination.
- Management of internal design team staff and project consultants.
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the USA.
