ARBEMA Design is a recently established boutique architectural practice based in the United Arab Emirates, owned and managed by British national and RIBA-qualified architect. We have already created an exciting portfolio of publically-funded cultural, heritage and conservation projects for which new project phases are being initiated.

We seek to recruit a recently Part 3 qualified architect or experienced multi-disciple senior architectural technician or building technologist to manage the transformation of architectural concepts into construction drawings and specifications, including supporting site based construction activities. The successful candidate is expected to demonstrate levels of professional competence and standing such as would allow her or him to undertake direct client liaison.

A European qualification with a minimum of 10-years’ relevant experience is essential with strong emphasis on producing substantial production information packages on building projects that are compliant with relevant codes and building regulations. UAE experience is preferred and a driving license essential.

An attractive remuneration package awaits the successful candidate including generous salary and leave arrangements, terminal bonus, housing and car allowances, medical cover and annual return fares to UK or equivalent.
