Our studio is in a brownstone conveniently located a few blocks from Grand Central Station for an easy commute.

Janko Rasic Architects, PLLC is seeking a talented Architect with 10-15 years of experience working commercial, residential, and institutional projects to join our team. As an integral member of the firm, applicants must be motivated individuals with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with a project team. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.

Requirements

- Bachelor of Architecture or Master’s in Architecture.
- 10 to 15 years of relevant professional experience in the United States.
- Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills.
- Experience with all phases of a project from predesign to construction administration.
- Knowledge of building codes and standards.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Proficient with AutoCAD.

Licensure and interest/experience working on Passive House projects are assets.

Our projects can be found throughout New York State – including the Hamptons and New York City – and in Connecticut, Washington DC and New Jersey. We are currently seeking intermediate level architects and designers to join our rapidly expanding team. Successful candidates will be self starters with an excellent sense of design. - BArch degree or similar is required.
- Minimum 5 years residential design experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Must be a team player.
- Knowledge of Vectorworks is a plus but not required.
