Junior Architect

We are seeking a Junior Architect who is passionate about contemporary design, creative, organized, personable, and well-rounded. We have exciting new projects and offer tremendous growth opportunities in a collaborative and friendly environment. The ideal candidate should have:
- 1-2 years of experience in all phases of design.
- Superb skills in ACAD, Adobe CS, 3D modeling and rendering (Rhino, V-Ray, & 3DS Max) and physical model building. Revit is a plus.
- Excellent conceptual, technical, and graphic skills.
- Professional degree.
- Legal authorization to work in the US and English fluency.
- Current or imminent residency in the NYC region.
- Experience with FF+E is a plus.

Qualified Architects
25/08/2016Expanding Lancashire based Architectural Practice looking for experienced Post Part 2 Architectural Assistant/ Newly Qualified Part 3 Architect. Having recruited a couple of part 1's recently we are keen to recruit at least one more Part 2 Architectural Assistant/ Newly Qualified Architect to work on a variety of projects.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, committed and have excellent creative and communication skills. Design and graphic skills are required including a good working knowledge of Sketchup, Adobe and Vectorworks or similar.
We are a small architectural practice with a busy work load offering the opportunity to work on projects from concept through to completion. We currently have a number of residential and commercial projects across the North-west area and the successful applicant will be expected to be involved in working on a number projects simultaneously. Salary to be discussed based upon previous experience.
The practice is located in Clitheroe a market town 45 miles from Manchester and Leeds, situated in the scenic Ribble Valley. The practice strives to find a good work life balance exploiting the benefits of living in the country with good links to most cities.
