- A degree in Architecture from an accredited college.
- 5-7 years of professional experience.
- Proficiency in Revit.
- Strong design, layout, detailing, sketching and graphics skills.
- Experience in Construction Documentation.
- Ability to manage diverse tasks.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively.
Candidates should have project experience from design concept, through design development and construction documentation. The position has potential for professional growth.

06/10/2016Group Ginger is seeking an experienced Part II Architectural Assistant or recently qualified Part III Architect to join a project team working on a unique urban regeneration project.
The candidate must:
- Demonstrate a good understanding of Autodesk Revit 2014 and AutoCAD 2014.
- Demonstrate a high level of skill and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Demonstrate specific experience in production information and specification writing.
- Demonstrate experience of projects post work stage 3.
Responsibilities will include researching and developing solutions to architectural problems; developing and drafting concept and detail designs in CAD, Revit and by hand; and coordinating design team outputs. The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the running of projects.
