Due to an expansion of its exciting portfolio, AR Design Studio is recruiting for a qualified Architect to join the team at its Winchester studio. AR Design Studio is an energetic and highly motivated architectural practice working on a diverse range of projects. Principally the practice has a focus on high-end residential schemes yet has recently been recognized for its unique talent in the cultural and leisure sectors. The practice prides itself on working with great clients and exciting sites to create award-winning and innovative architecture.

The successful candidate must have at least three – five years post Part III experience, be fluent in AutoCAD and have strong comprehension of the RIBA Work Stages. Knowledge of Revit is preferable, but not essential.

The candidate must have substantial site experience and be competent in delivering projects from start to completion, with good technical knowledge of construction, detailing and writing specifications. Proficient English language skills are a must.

AR Design Studio employs an active, young and sociable team. They frequently visit London for lectures or head down to the coast for watersport activities- a sense of adventure is a must.

Salary will be dependent on experience and in line with RIBA guidelines. Interviews to commence immediately. No agencies please.
