Working across all the Riba stages with full client and contractor management you will need to show design flair with both front end design and delivery/site experience.

They have an all inclusive design team that focuses on branding as well as conceptual design through construction administration, for both domestic and international projects.

Job description:

The firm has an immediate need for an Interior Architect / Designer that can make contributions on a variety of 5 star / boutique hospitality projects. This role will entail conceptual design, acting as a client liaison, and selection of materials, finishes, furnishings, and accessories. The firm has a non-hierarchical environment that allows for growth and responsibility. Most importantly possesses a unique and imaginative approach to concept and creating spaces that exceed expectations.

Qualifications:

Qualified candidates must have a degree in either Architecture or Interior Design, have over 3 years of experience in the luxury hotel niche and an understanding of branding and conceptual design. Candidates should be proficient in 3D Max, Rhino, Grasshopper, Photoshop, SketchUp, AutoCAD, the Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office and have a demonstrated ability to bring projects from concept through completion.

We are looking for a dynamic individual with great communication skills, strong organizational and leadership skills and the ability to effectively deliver unique and creative spaces within defined budgets.
