Agenda 21 Architects Studio is a London-based practice with a growing workload of residential, community and hospitality projects. We work in a friendly and active studio environment based in Clerkenwell. We are a small, ambitious practice, with an extremely skilled and motivated team.

We are looking for a talented project architect and team leader with experience of tender and construction stages to work on an exciting project in east London. Essential attributes should include a minimum of three years' post Part-III experience with running suitable projects, excellent design and technical skills, a good knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit.

Candidates are expected to be able to work well both as part of a collaborative design team and individually.

- Client and design team interface experience.

Skills and experience:

- Minimum of five years' experience in architectural practiceproficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Significant construction experience.
- Working knowledge of UK Building Regulations and other relevant legislation.
- Excellent communication skills, fluency in English is essential.

Very well-known and respected practice in the industry who cover a variety both new build and refurbishment projects across sectors including Commercial, Mixed Use, Residential & Hotel schemes are currently looking to add recently qualified and more experienced Architects to their team. Working across all the Riba stages you will need to have a strong design eye and ideally some previous delivery/technical experience.
