Architectural Designer
05/04/2016RCF Architects is pursuing to add a dedicated, full time architectural designer/project architect to our team. This individual will be involved in all phases of design and work continuously on a range of significant projects from concept through design documentation and construction documents. The ideal candidate has accumulated 3-8 years of professional experience and possesses architectural degree in addition to the ability to commit to a full time position. The position requires a working knowledge of drafting in AutoCAD and site condition documentation. Capabilities in digital (SketchUp) or hand rendering is a convincing plus.

Project Interior Architect
05/04/2016Our Client, internationally known Architectural design firm, is accepting CVs from qualified interested professionals for the role of Project/Field Architect.
Job responsibilities:
- Primary studio role responsible for drawing and coordinating drawings with the Macau and Las Vegas based design teams.
- Primary role for verifying existing conditions in the field.
- Primary role for observing Construction progress for adherence to design intent.
- Assist the Studio Leader and Senior Architect with the running of the project.
- Important collaboration role with Las Vegas design team.
The successful candidate will have:
- 5+ years relevant experience in the gaming and/or hospitality design field.
- A valid professional license to practice architecture.
- Strong written, verbal and quantitative communication skills.
- Excellent Construction Document drawings skills.
- Fluency in Cantonese and English.
Additional criteria:
- While not required, previous work experience in the region is desirable.
- Pursuit of Professional Registration is desirable.
Salary
- Dependent on experience.
