Kyu Lee Architect, PC is an architectural firm serving NYC metro area and LI, NJ, CT. We do a variety of projects of commercial, residential and other types of projects. We seeks intermediate architects for immediate ccupancy,who are self-motivated and have the ability to interact with colleagues in a positive way. We are a small office environment where everybody needs to get along and work together to complete projects. Responsibilities will include design, drafting and coordination in all phases of architectural projects .

Qualifications:

- Architectural Bachelor’s Degree (4+ years).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Min. 4 years of relevant design experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of 3D and Presentation software.
- Good understanding of Architectural and MEP Coordination.
- Strong organizational and verbal communication skills.
- Must be eligible to work in the US. We are not able to sponsor international applicants.
- Bilingual of Korean and English is strongly preferred.
- NYC DOB, LPC and NYS filing experience is plus.

Goddard Manton Architects are a friendly, established Riba Chartered Practice based in the heart of Camden, with a strong background in residential design.

We are looking to employ experienced, motivated Part-II and Part-III Architects with good communication skills to join our team of Architects and designers. We would expect you to work on all stages of design in a team environment.
