Senior Technical Architect:

- Minimum experience: 15 years.
- Related degree from an accredited institution of higher learning.
- Experience with large scale resort projects.
- Experience with US and Overseas buildings.
- Strong understanding of drawings and specs integration o Understanding of fast-track multiple-phased document releases.
- Understanding of interior architectural design.
- Comfort working with designers and mentoring junior staff.
- Experience with current drawing software Revit and AutoCAD.
- Strong ability to coordinate and integrate multidiscipline consultants.
- Working knowledge of model building codes.
- Professional license preferred.

Workshop/APD is currently looking for a Senior Interior Designer with 4 - 6 Years of experience. Workshop / APD is a design firm specializing in both luxury home design and high-end commercial development. We actively leverage our experience to solve design challenges with innovative solutions that incorporate sustainable methods and ingenuity within a signature aesthetic.

Specific required qualifications:

- Sourcing of furnishings and fabrics.
- Furniture Planning.
- Elevation Drawings.
- Work with JR Designer in preparing Client presentations.
- Maintain Project budgets.
- Manage project timeline and expectations.
- Manage Multiple projects from beginning to end.
- Act as liaison between client and the creative director.

Requirements:

- AutoCAD 2011.
- Adobe Creative Suite.
- MS Office.
- Sketchup.
- Extremely organized.
- Efficient in handling multiple projects at once.
- 4 - 6 Yrs of Experience.

Candidates should be prepared to present their portfolio of work. This is a full-time position. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
