My client a reputable architectural practice has an exciting opportunity for a Senior / Associate level Architect to join their expanding team in Dubai.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from concept through to completion and for ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest of international standards. You will also be responsible for ensuring technical excellence and promoting design innovation across the team.

This is a client facing role with responsibility for managing multiple design interfaces, liaising with local authorities and coordinating with other disciplines and consultants.

The desired candidate must:

- Have a Bachelor of Architecture or equivalent and 7+ years’ experience.
- Have strong background in design and project coordination of large-scale complex projects.
- Have Middle East (ideally UAE) experience and be well versed in local authority regulations.
- Have strong leadership and people management experience.
- Be highly capable in Revit and prepared to assist the team with the program as required.
- Have excellent communication skills in English.
