Creative design studio near Downtown Los Angeles is seeking an architectural designer with 5-8 years experience on multi-family residential projects. Candidate must have worked on projects that are multi-use and complex, involving Type 1, 3, & 5 construction. MUST be proficient with Revit 2013 or above. Knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup, and Microsoft Office is required.

Johnson Fain is located in a historic auto dealership near Chinatown in Downtown Los Angeles. The studio offers a creative work environment with state of the art computer software integration, a large model shop with both laser and 3D print modeling, and a spacious open studio. Johnson Fain works on many different building types including: overseas projects, hi-rise buildings, office, residential, institutional, as well as both Urban Planning and Interior projects.

This small – medium sized practice established in South West London, work on a variety of sectors including residential, commercial, leisure and school. Focusing mainly on quality refurbishment projects including extensions and some new build.

They are looking for a technically competent Architect (or an experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant) with good design skills.

Requirements:

- An understanding of UK regulations and processes.
- Technical competent(with previous experience producing/co-ordinating tender stage drawings and information packages, specification writing preparing documents for building control.
- A proven track record of direct hands on experience of previous projects.
- Job running skills.
- Confidence in a contractor/ client facing role and good communication skills.
- Excellent use of AutoCAD.
- Good 3D and 2D presentation skills.
- A fun friendly and active personality.
