We are seeking talented and ambitious Junior Architects looking for engagement and professional growth throughout the design and construction process. You will work closely with a Project Architects in producing deliverables with a strong emphasis in design and conceptual thinking. The ideal candidate will be excited about taking on new responsibilities in a fast-paced environment that is dedicated to helping you grow.

Qualifications:

- 2-4 years professional experience.
- Bachelors degree or greater in Architecture.
- Outstanding conceptual skills and design talent.
- Experience in the preparation of construction sets.
- Strong drawing and graphic communication skills across a variety of platforms, including hand sketching.
- Excellent CAD and drafting skills, familiarity in Vectorworks a plus.
- A strong interest or experience in high-end fitness and spa design is a plus.

Joe Serrins Studio is looking for a full-time decorator / interior designer to work on high-end, contemporary residential projects in New York and Miami. Tasks include selection and procurement of furniture, fabrics, lighting, and rugs; sourcing of vendors and trades; production of client presentation materials (boards, renderings, plans, etc.); organizing schedules, overseeing production, and tracking orders, etc.

Applicant's qualifications:

- 3 to 5 years of decorating experience.
- Strong knowledge of furniture and fabric markets.
- Strong photoshop skills.
- Ability to communicate in drawings and models.
- Well organized and professional.
- Inventive and resourceful.
- Legally able to work in the US.
