Project Architect
24/02/2016DIGroupArchitecture, LLC is a design driven, award-winning architecture and interior design firm specializing in the development of academic, healthcare, senior living, corporate and revitalization projects. We are currently accepting resumes for a Project Architect. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to manage multiple deadline driven assignments working closely with principals, project managers and director of design.
The candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:
Qualifications:
- Must be licensed, NJ architect.
- Minimum of 5 years production experience.
- Minimum of 8 years working knowledge with AutoCAD.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Sound understanding of NJ Uniform Construction Code and Rehabilitation Code.
- Ability to manage consultants (MEP, Structural, Civil, etc...) for document coordination.
- Experience with various construction systems (masonry, steel, cavity wall, rain-screen, etc...).
- Ability to perform field work.
- Must have Bidding and Construction Administration experience on public work.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Letter or Interest.
- CV / Resume.
- Maximum 8 pages of construction drawings developed by candidate. - No links, websites, blogs, etc....will be considered.
