Interior Designer
29/02/2016A small, boutique, architectural interior design practice, who work across multiple sectors including bars, nightclubs, restaurants, hotel and residential projects, are looking for an established Leisure Interior Designer to join their company. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on mixed projects across multiple disciplines.
Key day-to-day tasks of the Leisure Interior Designer include:
- Running jobs from concept design through to completion.
- Running multiple projects.
- Brief development, concept design, space planning, construction detailing, FF&E.
- Confident in both roll outs and bespoke schemes.
- Contract administration and cost control.
- Delivering assigned projects in line with deadlines.
Key attributes of the Leisure Interior Designer include:
- A strong all round designer.
- Experience working within the leisure and hospitality industry.
- Fluency in Vectorworks.
- Proven track record of running projects including design, working drawings and site supervision.
- Client facing.
- Passion and drive.

27/02/2016Balmori Associates, a studio-based landscape & sustainable urban design firm, is looking for full-time Landscape Designers. Research oriented, Balmori Associates explores new technologies, processes and forms of representation in a creative and collaborative working environment.
Balmori Associates is looking for landscape designers with a high-level of digital design skills, graphic ability to represent design ideas, and a strong understanding of space. Exceptional knowledge of 3D design software is required.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in landscape architecture, urban design or architecture.
- Expertise in Rhino, Cad, and Adobe.
- 1-2 year minimum office experience in a design firm.
