We are actively seeking Intermediate Architects with 2-6 years of experience. Candidates must have a professional degree. The ideal candidate will be well organized, self motivated and committed to all facets of building design and detailing. The employee will be involved in all phases of work from code and zoning analysis, programming, schematic design, construction documents and construction administration. We are seeking a talented Project Architect who is passionate about contemporary design, creative, highly organized, articulate, and personable. We have exciting new projects and offer tremendous opportunities for growth in a collaborative and friendly environment. The ideal candidate should have:

- 5-8 years of experience, primarily in high-quality institutional and/or commercial projects in the U.S..
- Proven experience managing at least one project through all phases of a project.
- The ability to develop a design intention through all project stages.
- Excellent construction detailing and administration skills. Knowledge of NYC building codes and ADA requirements.
- ACAD, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office and Project proficiency. Revit strongly preferred.
- 3D modeling/rendering skills (Rhino and V-Ray).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Either a BArch or MArch. LEED preferred. Licensure a plus.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. and English fluency.
- Current or imminent residency in the NYC region.
