Applicants should meet the following requirements:

- An ability to manage all stages of projects from "Preparation and Brief" to ‘Handover’ and to successfully manage time to meet agreed project deadlines.
- The expertise to successfully represent the company when meeting clients, planners and contractors.
- An ability to deal with several projects simultaneously.
- Have at least four years’ post Part III experience working with the UK planning system and the Building Regulations.
- Skilled in AutoCAD and with some experience with SketchUp and/or Revit.

At present our work includes mixed use developments, residential projects; and conservation work. Education, interior, and community projects have also recently been completed.
