Workshop/APD is a design firm specializing in both luxury home design and high-end commercial development. We actively leverage our experience to solve design challenges with innovative solutions that incorporate sustainable methods and ingenuity within a signature aesthetic. Workshop/APD is currently looking for a Senior Interior Designer with 4 - 6 Years of experience.

Specific required qualifications:

- Sourcing of furnishings and fabrics.
- Furniture Planning.
- Elevation Drawings.
- Work with JR Designer in preparing Client presentations.
- Maintain Project budgets.
- Manage project timeline and expectations.
- Manage Multiple projects from beginning to end.
- Act as liaison between client and the creative director.

Requirements:

- AutoCAD 2011.
- Adobe Creative Suite.
- MS Office.
- Sketchup.
- Extremely organized.
- Efficient in handling multiple projects at once.
- 4 - 6 Yrs of Experience.

Candidates should be prepared to present their portfolio of work. This is a full-time position. Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Saloria Architects is an innovative professional architectural Practice based in Willesden. Our briefs include high end residential, mixed use, commercial, hotels and international projects. Due to an increasing workload we need to recruit a new team member.

We are looking for a part 3 architect with at least 3 years post qualification experience, with the following key attributes:

- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong conceptual design skills.
- The ability to manage all stages of projects with strong technical / working drawing.
- Housing experience.
- Ambitious and commercially aware.
- Experience leading a small team.

Would be a permanent position, subject to six months probation period, with a competitive salary.
