Qualifications:

- Architectural degree or equivalent.
- Strong design skills.
- Excellent communication skills; Proficiency in English.
- Team oriented, demonstrates a willingness to assist other members of the firm.
- Proficiency in CAD drafting skills using Revit and AutoCAD.
- 3-5 years minimum of drafting experience in a U.S. based or equivalent architectural firm.
- Thorough knowledge of construction methodology.
- Demonstrates a willingness to provide more than is expected.
- Positive and professional attitude displaying characteristics such as understanding, flexibility, good judgment, maturity and mutual support for each member of the firm.

Responsibilities:

- Produce presentation packages and contract documents.
- Design components of a project under the direction of the Associate.
- Communicate directly with contractors.
- Produce written team correspondence.
- Participation in client and on site meetings.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.

A well established and prestigious Architecture practice with offices in London are seeking an experienced Architect to join their friendly Essex office.

For this Architect role you will ideally have good experience working on high quality projects across residential, education or retail sectors. You will ideally have 5 or more years experience including some job running experience preferably at a design led practice. Good knowledge of Revit is essential for this role as well as some familiarity of working in a BIM environment.
